The short version: If you're not happy with DZIDE Pro, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you your money back — no questions asked.
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to DZIDE Pro purchased through dzide.xyz. The free tier of DZIDE does not involve any payment and is therefore not covered by this policy.
If you are not satisfied with your DZIDE Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
To request a refund, email us at refunds@dzide.xyz with the email address associated with your DZIDE account. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free tier immediately.
After the 14-day refund window has passed, we do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to Pro features until then.
If your subscription auto-renews and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will process a full refund for that renewal period.
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we have evidence that the refund policy is being abused — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles. We will always communicate our reasoning if a request is declined.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you are a UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase regardless of this policy.
