These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DZIDE website at dzide.xyz and all related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by ZOLAYOLA Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.
DZIDE provides a browser-based platform for creating, browsing, and navigating structured decision trees. We offer both a free tier and a paid subscription ("Pro") as described on our pricing page.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
Pro subscriptions are billed at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (currently £7 per year). Payment is collected via a 3rd party digital payments service provider. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after notice is given.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service, including custom decision trees and decision history ("Your Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

All intellectual property in the Service — including the decision tree templates, design, code, branding, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to DZIDE Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Our template library is provided for personal and internal business use. Redistribution, embedding, or licensing of templates outside the Service requires a separate agreement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
DZIDE is a decision-support tool, not a professional advisory service. The decision trees are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You should seek appropriate professional guidance before acting on any decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZOLAYOLA Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DZIDE Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the UK, nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.
